libcriticism-perl software package provides Perl pragma to enforce coding standards and best-practices, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcriticism-perl
libcriticism-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcriticism-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcriticism-perl *
You will get with libcriticism-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
